Where your shadows meet the light A depth-oriented therapy experience for trauma, nervous-system healing, relationships, and eating disorders. Where healing takes shape in the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
Compassionate psychotherapy for adults navigating eating disorders, trauma, and the emotional thresholds of adulthood.
At Liminal Bloom Counselling and Consulting, I help adults move toward greater self-understanding, body trust, and emotional steadiness. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling caught between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming ~ recovering from patterns that once kept them safe but now feel restrictive or exhausting. Together, we work to create space for healing, clarity, and authentic connection.
My approach integrates somatic therapy, parts work, DBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care to support you through eating disorder recovery, trauma healing, relationship challenges, and psychedelic preparation and integration. Therapy here is not about fixing what’s broken ~ it’s about deepening self-trust, cultivating compassion, and finding steadiness in the liminal spaces where real transformation begins.
If you’re ready to move toward a gentler, more connected way of being, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
A therapy experience that feels human, relational, and deeply attuned.
Depth-Oriented: We explore the parts of you holding old stories, fears, and protective patterns.
Body-Based: Somatic awareness and nervous-system regulation guide our pace.
Integrative & Evidence-Informed: ACT, DBT, psychodynamic insight, narrative work.
Whether you’re navigating disordered eating, trauma, identity shifts, or the ache of feeling disconnected from yourself and others ~ you don’t have to move through it alone.
Hi, I’m Sarah ~ Registered Psychotherapist and depth-oriented guide.
I support people navigating eating disorders, trauma, identity transitions, and the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My work blends depth psychology, somatic awareness, attachment, ACT/DBT skills, and narrative therapy.
Together, we explore the patterns and protective parts that shaped your relationship with food, your body, and your sense of self.
